His 11+ years at Mindtree included managing a significant Fortune 500 software account, where his team’s innovation increased product revenue from $4 million to approximately $10 million within three years via a non-linear revenue sharing model favoring Mindtree. Ram’s stint at Mindtree also included a critical role as Senior Technical Manager for Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI), where he contributed to developing the backbone of the Business Intelligence and Analytics system for Aadhaar -the world’s largest biometric-based citizen identity management system. Aadhaar’s scalable technology architecture, open-source design, and ability to securely manage the identities of 1.4 billion Indian residents reflect the technical excellence and robustness of the system.
