I am a Director of Engineering at Intuit, leading the Monetization Platform that powers billing, subscriptions, payments, accounts receivable, entitlements, and revenue recognition across our global product ecosystem. I oversee an organization of ~300 engineers across multiple geographies and senior engineering leaders. My work centers on designing and running scalable, reliable, and financially-accurate systems that support both self-serve SMB journeys and complex mid-market and enterprise sales motions. I partner closely with Product, Finance, GTM, Accounting, CX, and Architecture teams to evolve our monetization capabilities, simplify customer experiences, and modernize the platforms that support Intuit’s long-term growth. A major part of this evolution is the shift toward an AI-native, agent-driven monetization platform, where AI and automation enhance speed, accuracy, and operational efficiency across the stack. Over the past year, I’ve also driven a broad AI transformation across my organization—achieving 100% AI proficiency among engineers and embedding AI into day-to-day engineering workflows. This effort has significantly improved developer productivity, engineering quality, and our ability to execute on complex technical and business challenges.
