• Enabling Amazon Sellers to also opt in to offering Services like Installation/Assembly, capture the seller schedules and offer them during Checkout process.
• Enabling Scheduling Calendar for Unified Delivery and Installation/Setup services in India to improve customer experience of getting a product like TV/Washing Machine/Smartphone/etc. delivered and serviced within a single appointment.
• Worked on critical business features in Services Scheduling space like Deferred Scheduling capability - Customers can place a service order without an appointment during checkout which can be confirmed at a later stage.

• Worked on Seller Payments - Manage Your Payments team, which is responsible to generate accurate and complete financial reports for Amazon Sellers (millions of them) regarding their financial transactions on Amazon.
• Worked on re-architecture of MYP Storage layer from legacy Oracle DB solution into AWS services (S3, DynamoDB, ElasticSearch) as part of a critical company-wide initiative, and came up with its data migration and rollout strategy.
• Worked on migrating financial events from a legacy event producer (dependent on relational DB) to a new contract based event architecture (Built on NoSQL DB) as part of company-wide initiative to deprecate usage of relational databases.

• Worked on Online Return Center - Redesign Project migrating from a Perl/Mason based architecture (deployed on main retail stack) into a Java based spring MVC architecture (deployed separately), thus also reducing deployment times from hours to minutes.
• Worked on re-architecture of Online Return Center backend services, migrating from a legacy C++ web service into a federated contract based architecture, which allowed for federation and separation of business logic across different teams within Customer Returns.
• Worked on delivering critical customer facing return resolutions on the Online Return Center like Exchanges, Instant Refunds, Returnless refunds and Refund at First Scan to reduce the customer's refund cycle time from 21 days to 4 days.
• Worked on building the foundation for a rule based policy engine to configure critical business rules related to refund logic, and being able to expose these refund policies to be shown to customers on Online Return Center, Detail page, etc.
• Bootstrap and provide a vision to build a Customer Risk Profile calculator by identifying customers who might be abusing existing customer friendly return/refund policies, and take appropriate actions.
