• I lead Coupang's customer service systems including mobile native, Web UI, modular business micro services like home page, shopping cart, checkout, etc. As well as backend services like order platform, review content platform, modular platform, and a high available, resilient, high throughput data serving platform. My org also incubated Coupang eats eco system back in 2019.

• I lead 60+ engineering team in Coupang focus on seller market platform and two strategic programs - product review and consumer subscription services. We obsess about building robust and scalable system for our consumers and pivot off of understanding problems before building solutions. I was fortunate to build the first consumer subscription business in Korea and bring it to adoption - a popular service in Korea today.
