• Leading the Workspaces/Collaboration Team.
• 1. Designed and Architected the Workspaces layer from ground up and decoupled it from the existing legacy monolith. Helps to ship faster, quicker onboarding and lesser legacy concerns.
• 2. Migrated the complete postman workspaces information and segregated from one db to multiple db sources with zero downtime. (close to total ~150mn records)
• 3. Architected and built the base feed system for Postman. Used as a base layer where any model / postman model can start constructing its feed. Involves active partitioning, archival and quicker retrieval.
• 4. Consistently working on initiatives around Data consistency @ Postman to tackle problems around distributed transaction, long running background jobs and backend migrations.
• 5. Research + PoC's around building the real time syncing more affective using differential sync, patch based algo's and on the fly conflict resolution when working in a collaborative environment.

• Worked on multiple initiatives spanning from Postman Desktop Application to Postman Syncing servers which enables collaboration in the postman eco-system.
• 1. Worked on building constructs to open recently closed tabs.
• 2. Worked on building the reactive real time layer in the postman application.
• 3. Built the layer for customisable keyboard shortcuts.
• 4. Worked on building the backend comments and annotation system. Extended it further to support inline comments that involves leaving comments on raw text with repositioning on updates.
• 5. Enabled real time presence end to end.
• 6. Complete backend layer for the Workspaces construct in Postman ecosystem.

• Focused on initiative to build the Tabs operational layer in the Postman Desktop Application which enabled users to work on multiple tabs with extended functionalities at the same time.

• 2. Made an OTP System which handles various endpoints. (Sending OTP both by means of Text and Mail, Validate, Change Password and Authentication Purposes)

• Also, Worked on integration of Innerchef with Google Areo.
• Using concepts of REST API's enabling the google team to attain feeds

• Project Title : Natural Language Processing based Artificial Intelligence (AI)
• Worked on automated replies and ticketing based on Natural Language Processing of chat messages (AI based chat platform) and email content.
• The first chat platform was developed for the hotel industry and the bot was capable of handling all operations and support that a chat agent provides when a customer call up without the intervention of the chat agent.
• Also, worked on Django (Python based open source web framework) for retrieving email content and getting it populated on the database for offline storage through Freshdesk Ticketing System
• Also, added inputs for improving the UI of the chat back-end operator which will be handled by an agent in emergency cases when the bot may fail.
