As a Vice President of Engineering at MX Technologies, I lead MX India and our global SRE & Platforms, Infrastructure, and Cloud teams. At MX, our mission to empower the world to be financially strong requires platforms and teams that scale with care. I believe in leading with a founder’s mindset; taking ownership, thinking long term, and building capabilities that strengthen the company well beyond immediate outcomes. Over the past 2 years, I’ve helped build MX India from ground as a strategic Global Capability Center, designed to add depth, resilience, and execution strength to MX’s global engineering strategy. The focus has been on people first: hiring and developing strong leaders, creating clear ownership, and fostering a culture of trust, collaboration, and growth. The goal is not just scale, but durable impact and a team that meaningfully extends MX’s ability to innovate and deliver worldwide. In parallel, I lead MX’s global SRE, platforms, infrastructure, and cloud organizations, shaping how we modernize our technology, improve reliability, and enable product teams to move faster with confidence. I believe reliability, velocity, and cost discipline work best when teams are empowered and platforms are treated as long-term products.
