I currently manage the hiring efforts for Microsoft IDC . As the Director of Talent Acquisition at Hevo Data, I was leading team that was responsible for hiring across GTM and PED space. Hevo Data is a fast-growing data integration platform that enables businesses to access and analyze data from multiple sources. My mission was to attract and retain the best talent in the market and build a diverse and inclusive culture. I have over 15 years of recruiting experience, managing technical and non-technical recruiting teams. Previously, I worked at Amazon Web Services (AWS) as the APJC Recruitment Manager, where I oversaw the overall TA strategy across the utility computing space.
