I am an experienced HR, Talent Acquisition and People Specialist with 12+ years of expertise in Product and Information technology space, managing talent acquisition programs, process optimization, analytics, AI based Talent research and employer brand building for many organisations. I was working with Google since February 2022 as part of the Google Cloud (Technical Leadership Hiring) team as a Senior Recruiter. My core specialization includes HR, Talent Acquisition, Diversity & Inclusion, Candidate efficiency, Leadership Connects, Learning and Development. I have scaled the product team of Google, UiPath, Vidal Healthcare, BrandSystems, HP across USA, UK, Europe and Asia. In my recent role with Google, I have hired extraordinary technical leaders and experienced software engineers in Google cloud Platforms, more specific to Databases domain. At UiPath I played a major role in Building the Go to Market vertical and helped to scale the rapidly growing organization. I had the privilege to closely work with global leaders to help them grow their team closing positions in Sales, Pre-sales, Sales Solutions, Marketing, Customer success, Inside sales and Partner success teams. Some of the niche positions were in the Value engineering and professional services team.
