I am currently leading the Product Management and Design team at Drishti ( https://drishti.com), a Series B startup building analytics solutions for manufactures using “Computer Vision” and  “Deep Learning”. Building a product in the upcoming segment of "Intelligent video analytics" with state-of-the-art technology, I learned the first principles thinking, intuition-based decision-making ( complementing data-driven approach ), and the ability to influence without authority. I was the first PM hire for Nutanix India. I designed MVP for a new product for application security and validated product-market fit. Owning the full product life-cycle I launched and scaled 'Flow' ( Nutanix’s hybrid cloud networking and security product ). During my stint here, I had the privilege to experience the creation of a new market category “Hyper-Convergence” and revenue growth of $1B+. Developed business acumen, working closely with the leadership to present the KPIs of business growth analyzing sales transaction and usage data. Learned the art of product strategy by launching a product to compete against the incumbent market leader with limited resources.
