I have been a working professional since 2018. Ever since the start of my career in the service-based industry, I love solving problems for my customer be it technical or operational. Brainstorming, problem-solving, and optimization of the process are things that keep me going every day professionally. I started my career as an Associate Analyst in VBS working for Google SES which is amongst the biggest client-oriented platforms in Google's product portfolio. My day-to-day role was to handle big chunks of data for different customers and get them ready for delivery to major platforms be it DoubleClick Search Engine, BigQuery, or LCS which in return allows the customer to publish their data, for a close group or public research or advertisements. Currently, I'm working as a System Analyst for one of the top travel technology providers in the industry Zillious (an entity of EBix India Software LTD.). Being a part of a company which provides technology for major travel websites in the industry helped me learn many things in past 1 and a half year, two most important skill that I have learned here is crisis management and time management. Here I am responsible for handling multiple travel websites (mostly B2B and B2E) with their day-to-day issues, requirements, queries, and databases. When I am not working, I find time for reading and playing video games.
