• Job Description:
• Worked on JobDiva Tool.
• Using 3CX tool for pulling recruiters activities data, Freshworks to work on Tickets.
• Preparing 3cx Recruiter’s data on daily basis and summarizing the data with pivot table.
• Pulling out the reports data for Job Activity summary & details report and Employee report.
• After Mapping the required column from downloaded data report, using Jobdiva unique number we were updating the blanks in required mandatory user fields in JobDiva tool based on team approvals.
• Updating and modifying the VMS Job Category, VMS Category Mapping, GM %, Division data
• and many more in Jobdiva for Job Activity & Employee reports.
• Entering requisition details like Direct, Direct Rec Source, Job category Detailed from JD, Sales Role, Job Category for the required fields.
• By drafting mails to the respective reporting Leads, Managers and the Directors for monthly wise data for PMP Team Alignment, Targets & Recruitment Goals for their team members.
• Collecting and Consolidating the PMP Team Alignments & Targets, Recruitment Goals for Team Allocation based on monthly and quarter wise data for recruiters.
• On Monthly basis collecting the details for Employee reporting from RL, ARM/RM, Director, Client Name & Region for their respective teams.
• Resolving and closing the tickets based on task we received from other department in the organization.
• Respective teams come to us for particular fields to be updated for their client’s data in Jobdiva.
• Compiling, verifying accuracy, and sorting information to prepare source data according to the priority.

• Remediating the data of Tesco Suppliers /Customers / Tesco Properties / Tesco Acquisitions and Tesco Vendors, from source documents using different Sites provided by Tesco & 3rd party sites.
• Using raw data, entering & updating of tesco supplier details, customer details, vendors, properties, acquisitions, from source documents related to a domain with in the time limits, for UK and around the globe.
