About

HR personnel moved into the world of Branding & Communication to pursue her passion for creativity! I started my career working as a recruiter and soon moved into an HR role. Over the past years, I have learnt a lot and grown exponentially. In my past organization, I was given the opportunity to build the HR department from the ground up - this proved to be a rollercoaster ride of successes and failures but the learning has been immeasurable. In my current organization I have worked as an HRBP for almost two years before moving into my current role - Talent Branding and Communication Evangelist. I love how everyday is different! In this role I get to talk to people and come up with solutions for their branding and awareness related needs. Collaboration is a big part of my job. Ensuring to have the stakeholders on the same page with the campaign plans, getting designs done by designers and chasing for approvals, changes, approvals (you get the loop here) sometimes becomes daunting and but is nothing less than exciting and fulfilling! I am honestly loving this space and looking forward to learning more! Smart minimalistic ads, and intriguing campaigns are the kinds of content I like to keep on my daily diet (apart from cat videos and endless streams of memes of course).
