• Working on HR Policies, Designing and Implementing the Policies.
•  Talent management – responsible for end to end (Hire to Exit) employee life cycle.
•  Sourcing CV (Job portal, Networking Sites, Employee referral), Interviewing to
• assess the candidate’s fitment, Coordinate with all stake holders throughout the
• process, Salary negotiation, Offer generation, Background verification,
• onboarding.
•  Induction sessions for new joiners (about company & HR Policies and Procedures)
•  Responsible for complete exit formalities along with letter sharing and leaves data
• confirmation to exited employees on his/her LWD.
•  Salary increment, changes in system also assisting in Promotions and Appraisals.
•  Employee retention – Regular one on one, employee engagement activities,
• handling employee enquiries and grievance, R & R, employee friendly steps
•  Vendor Management (end to end) – Shortlisting, onboarding, relationship building.
•  Handled Insurance renewal activity & portfolio, HR Policies related queries for all
• employees individually.
•  All Important reports to management & CEO as scheduled related to attrition, new
• joiners, exits, ratings, increment, promotions etc.
•  Keeping record of employee leaves and creating monthly report
•  Ensuring successful completion of QBR Activities.
