Auditing : Maintenance of all books of account and preparation of all financial reconciliation, preparation of monthly Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss statement, monitoring debtors and follow up Costing / Management accounting: Assistance to business in commercial aspects like pricing and bench marking of data to industry Calculation – cost rates, charge rates and overhead cost etc. Attending Monthly Review Meeting of Management Accuracy of the Profit / Loss calculation MIS: Preparation of MIS reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly) Create and maintain reports to get information on daily business activities such as budgets etc. May compile reports to show statistics, such as cash receipts and expenditures, accounts payable and receivable, profit and loss, and other items pertinent to operation of business Taxation: Ensuring compliance with the provisions of GST and rules by arranging for timely and correct payment of tax Coordinate with the Accounts personnel for arranging timely payment of all types of TDS/ Professional levies Monitor reconciliation of the book entries of all direct tax payments Continuously monitor the changes in the tax laws, co-ordinate the tax audit activities, prepare the Annual returns, provide all information as per the IT assessment officers requests to ensure that the organisation saves tax by presenting legitimate tax and investment data Timely and accurate filing of tax returns Key Skills and Competencies: Ability to quickly analyze and act upon project demands Very high work ethics and integrity Team playing and interpersonal skills Highly organised, have the ability to prioritise tasks
