Architected models of different phases of voyage planning from pre-voyage checks to post-voyage validations for different modes of transport. • Built an IAM (Identity & Access Mgmt) solution to plug SSO(Single Sign-on) scheme across Freshworks products, thus allowing products to be cross-sold. Also made it complaint to OAuth2.0 with JWT with an additional support of reCaptcha2.
