I am a seasoned general manager and leader with over 20 years of experience in SaaS, e-commerce, logistics, and customer experience across 4 continents. Currently, I am the Chief Digital & Technology Officer and the Chief Strategy & Growth Officer at Pos Malaysia, a 200-year-old organization that I am re-inventing with the help of a super talented team. In my dual role, I lead the digital product management, technology, data, and program management functions, as well as the organizational strategy, transformation, culture, investments, and new initiatives.
