• Was taking care of the used car segment of CarDekho. Contributed a bit in new car segment as well.
• Helped CarDekho to identify the gaps in UX of the UCR (Used Car Retail) funnel and later as part of this project started picking projects to improve the funnel.
• One of which is Checkout Experience - Improved the experience of the Checkout / TD Slot booking screen to improve it for 8% - 10% within 1-2 week, with an expectation that this will increase even more.
• Help CarDekho to build its first Task Management App for performing operational task of getting the vehicle for the test drive.
• At the starting of my career at CarDekho I was also involved in the car acquisition part of the used car segment.
• Contributed in building & maintaining Design System for Cardekho.

• Introduced the component-based Design System for the Rentomojo called as rDock & RMDS internally.
• Leading the projects on enhancing the experiences of CX Dashboard for Delivery, Refund, Pickups, Closure & service Requests Trackers to improve the experience of existing users. This is one of the biggest project till now to change the experience of existing users. As a subscription-based company for us the users who are existing are as important as new so currently working on enhancing the experience of users with expectation on the NPS to rise up by atleast 2x.
• Setup the design process which led to transparency to the stakeholders about the projects.
• Introduced the Mirco Interactions in the Designs of Rentomojo to enhance the experience of users while browsing or completing a process.

• Created end to end experiences of maximum modules and features of the product on all platforms & users touchpoints. Working closely with the stakeholders, product managers, and engineers for enhancing and improving existing workflows. Understanding the ecosystem of the entire platform and bring in new ideas. Independently worked on heatmap research project to improve each funnel from homepage to conversion page.
• I use sketch to do the wireframe, prototyping & visual design and figma for userflow along with these I use Principle & After Effects for interactions & micro interaction designs and illustrator for illustrations.
• Oversee production specs & facilitate design reviews with stakeholders & product team across all the platforms.
