HashtagCms for example, started as a month experiment and has grown into a robust open-source platform powering high-traffic enterprise websites. Before that came msDropdown, a small web component that somehow found its way into thousands of websites and even onto Mozilla’s own listings. I’ve led engineering teams of 30+ people, rebuilt platforms without breaking them (or the people working on them), and learned how to balance innovation with reliability. My work has touched architecture, performance tuning, SEO, product strategy; and, on more than one occasion, rolling up my sleeves to write code when deadlines loomed.
