• Founded the Indian arm of Unithink NV. Started the Indian arm as Founder Director and acted as the Indian Country Manager for the Global arm.
• Grew the company to 45 people and progressed the company to a state of the art IT park for its foray into the International market.

Established and nurtured M/s Idea Space Ltd, a group IT & software Development Company, along with offices; Responsible for designing and upgrading existing connectivity, IT practices. Designed and implemented new software, hardware, connectivity and practices for faster and better implementation for communications, marketing, accounts, finance, banking, manufacturing, processing including VSAT's. Established the new corporate office for the group HQ with all state of the art connectivity, IT services and communications.
• My special assignments included total group's multi site hardware and network connectivity, designing, deployment and integration with back office systems and software development for smooth operations and remote support. Reported directly to Group HQ.
