• In my role as an HR Coordinator, I was deeply involved in shaping the employee experience from their first contact with the company to their ongoing professional development. My work began with Strategic Sourcing, where I assisted in identifying and attracting qualified candidates for various roles. Once a candidate was selected, I managed the entire On-boarding and Orientation process, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and providing them with a solid foundation for their careers.
• My day-to-day responsibilities were supported by a strong command of technology. I utilized Advance Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• I was also responsible for maintaining and updating the company's HRIS (Human Resources Information System) Database, a critical tool for managing employee records, tracking performance, and ensuring the accuracy of our data. A significant part of this involved ensuring all procedures and documentation were in compliance with Regulatory Compliance standards.
• A key focus of my work was on building and maintaining a positive workplace culture. I fostered Positive Employee Relations by serving as a trusted point of contact for staff inquiries, concerns, and feedback. I also played a role in Training and Development (HR), coordinating and conducting training sessions designed to enhance employee skills and career growth. Finally, I was involved in the administration of Compensation & Benefits programs, helping to ensure that our offerings were competitive and that employees understood the full value of their total rewards package.
