I’ve spent my career in the startup ecosystem, building People Operations from the ground up, where processes are still being written, culture is constantly evolving, and every decision truly counts. I’ve always worked with early-stage companies, which means I’ve worn every HR hat, from hiring, onboarding, performance management, compliance, employee engagement, rewards & recognition, and sometimes even being the unofficial therapist when Slack threads get too heated. What excites me most is designing systems that don’t just work, but make work better. I care about keeping processes human, aligning people's goals with business goals, and building a culture where accountability and empathy go hand in hand. At the end of the day, I’m driven by one simple idea: "people don’t just build startups, but startups are built around people". My job is to make sure both thrive together.
