I give my best in things I find meaning. And my definition of meaning is associated with creating value for society. My first love was Physics. Since then, thinking from the first principles has been the norm for me. I like to go to the roots, make them super stable and then build things on top of it. This philosophy helped me gain an immense amount of skills and knowledge. Be it cracking IIT-JEE by clearing the basics of Physics, Chemistry, and Maths. Be it building websites in my 2nd year by clearing my basics of HTML, CSS, Javascript, PHP, and SQL. Be it building robots by clearing my basics of electronics and Arduino programming. Be it building Formula Cars by clearing my basics of automobiles. Be it singing, playing guitar, creating my own songs, or performing in a band by clearing the basics of notes and rhythm. Be it impromptu dancing by mastering basic moves or be it playing any sports. I cherish the moments when I get to learn something new and if it's meaningful it's the cherry on the top. Since my 2nd year of college(The year 2015), there was a voice that made a home in my subconscious and it was to do something to change our school education system. I did a ton of entrepreneurial courses to learn its basics and thought of building a company that would explain concepts via animated and interactive videos. Well, I made a file with all of my ideas, took notes from all the entrepreneurship courses, and took tutorials on animation software, blender in my 3rd year but somehow that drive faded away and I moved on to do something else. But that voice re-surfaced in the year 2019 after the chakachond(glamour) of the corporate world faded away. This time I was more realistic and wanted to experience the school education system before transforming it. Luckily I got to know about the @teachforindia fellowship and got selected for it. Thus began my journey of experiencing schools as an educator. I taught low-income students and loved the project-based learning approach. Apart from various projects, publishing a book with 45 of my students and mentoring my 25 students to rock in the International Robotics Competition has been the highlight. That subconscious voice has become ultra strong now and it tells me that this is my purpose. To expose our young generation to different projects which in turn provide them with skills, values, and mindset which in turn would lead them to live an independent life! Thus, I have chosen to empower schools to achieve this mission @zeffko.com
