• Recruitment:
• Recruiting new employees on the basis of process and Company requirement.
• Managing complete recruitment cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources after identification of manpower requirement.
• Worked on positions like TLs, Process Executives, Trainer, Network Administrator and some other.
• Induction of new entrants to familiarize them with Company culture, values, policies and assist them in understanding their roles and responsibilities.
• Managing both Internal and External Recruitment.

• Organizing the events in office based on the festivals & Employees birthdays.
• Organizing Reward & Recognition(RNR) to motivate the team.
• Review with Internal Team to get the inputs on HR related activities.
• Grievance management.
• Conducting Exit Interviews(with management) to understand the reasons of attrition.
