• Responsible for managing Salesforce implementation project delivery from India across domains and multi-millions in revenue.
• Be the Agile coach & Project manager on the Salesforce CRM Product Development, Digital product development, Salesforce Deployment, DevOps, Automation and Managed services with average team size of 10+ consultants.

• To act as a Scrum Master and organize & facilitate Agile and Scrum meetings including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums or Stand ups, Sprint grooming, Sprint Review & Retrospective. Conduct daily and weekly meetings to track the progress and budget of the project.
• Act as communicator bridge between the Customer and internal technical team. To ensure that customer requirements are documented such to be interpretable by the customer and same is transformed in technical requirements for the internal development team
