My daily work included:-
Sourcing prospects utilising naukri (resdex), linkedin, and numerous job portals.
Establishing contact with candidates by phone, email, and inmail among other methods.
Daily database updation (Coda).
Recreating the job description and making any necessary adjustments.
Using complex search methods such as Boolean search strings and X Ray searches.
