PM with 7+ years of experience in leading crucial charters across early-stage as well as late-stage companies. I currently work at International Cricket Council, leading their complete Platform. Before this, I worked at indiagold, a Falcon Edge & Prosus backed Series-A fintech in Abu Dhabi & Gurgaon - where I worked on a variety of charters ranging from LMS (Loan management system), Banking, Ops efficiency, Consumer platform and Payments. I started my career at India's largest vernacular destination - Dailyhunt where I led search, discovery & social products to drive growth for over 200M+ users and worked closely in recommendation algo and AI before it was cool! Here are some salient highlight of my stint :
Built LMS (Loan management system) which powers the asset backend lending platform. Cross-functional collaboration to receive & settle payments, process payouts, charges, banking integrations, rescheduling and allocation logic.
Product Lead for “Scheduling” – an in-house platform to dispatch loan managers to customers in the most efficient way, led to an overall increase in operational efficiency by 2.5x via algo-based routing and lead scheduling product.
Launched new business line Gold Locker product by refining offering, building platform, subscription model and setting up processes.

Led the Consumer Platform charter and built engaging B2C products on native apps (iOS and Android) like Digital Gold and Gift Card which contributed to topline revenue growth of over 80% in a span of 6 months.
Revamped the whole journey to improve the funnel for conversion, led to growth in transacting users by 4x.
Spearheaded building a payment engine to accept payments from credit cards, banks, & e-wallets by integrating with a payment gateway to improve the payment acceptance and success rate bringing in additional revenue of $XXXK, learnt and implemented a lot around payment, acquiring and PSP working.
Led Risk module to determine fraudulent transactions, and users and deploy AI/ML-based solutions for quick, efficient and safe KYC that is compliant.

Discovery: Solving the billion+ content item visibility for users with two product lines - Follow and Search.
Social: Lead the Social Charter at Dailyhunt that entailed a complete overhaul of the app to kickstart network effect and community with UGC content. Owned all sub charters from creation, safety, discovery, moderation and engagement.
Josh: Reached 21M DAU and 1B+ video plays within 3 months of launch, shipped iOS in <15 days along with a very agile team, owned the Discovery and audio product.
