• GTM strategies for data analytics for BFSI vertical. Team size of 100+ FTEs.
• Designed and implemented PoC for optimization of resource usage across stations/touch points and performed exploratory data analysis to enable users simpler visualization and analytics which resulted in new win for an analytics implementation for a North America major which accounted for initial revenue realization of 1 mUSD for first 3 quarters and completed follow up win of up to 2.5 mUSD over next multiple quarters.
• Designed and defined MVP for CIM (Customer interactions management) initiative focusing on next best offers.
• Contributed to data flow architecture for Location-based analytics in Payment systems.
• Designed and formulated MVP on Channel monitoring on event log data analytics.
• Drove efforts around Fraud analytics solution for large BFSI client – objective was to strengthen fraud detection strategy, use historical data on merchant performance to identify merchants that are likely to indulge in fraudulent activities.

• Managed the BI/Analytics arm of “Finacle ODS” Product Line, the BI solution of Infosys universal banking solution, significant contributions in coordinating across multiple teams, managed delivery for multiple releases, generated significant revenues.
• Driven business development support for Finacle Analytics, data migration and batch integration (BI solutions in Financial Services), GTM strategy, product road mapping.
• Led team towards change management process at various assignments and streamlined the process for better results and performance.
• Led the BI tower in a 12 mUSD project for a Fortune 100 entertainment conglomerate, facilitated cross-departmental client meetings on issues and risks, involved liaison with solution architects to formulate the BI assessment and architecture process, successfully implemented the enterprise wide data warehouse in one year where competitors had failed in previous two years.
• Anchored the BI implementation for the data management and reporting practice of a premier education institute and was responsible/accountable for providing response to Request for Proposals; prepared the estimation for migration assessment. Asset under management and responsibility were around 15+ mUSD spanning across multiple years.
• Involved in the evaluation and assessment of the BI strategy for a leading death care service provider. This resulted in awarding the entire data warehouse implementation to Infosys and helped in bagging a multimillion dollar deal.
• Facilitated intensive workshop of key client executives to formulate system transition strategy, which advertently generated revenue of more than 1 mUSD.
• 4500+ hrs of experience in project management areas on planning, cost, quality, risk and integration management. Managed team sizes up to 300 staffs and programs involving project teams across different business units, different geographical locations.
