I am currently pursuing MBA from NMIMS.I have completed M.Sc in Food Technology from Amity University,Jaipur . I previously interned at the Centre for Food Research and Analysis (CFRA), NIFTEM-K, where I gained experience doing quality tests on various goods, particularly those involving protein, moisture & fat estimation vitamin analysis, and other crucial tests. I have also interned at ITC- LSTC where I worked in the instrumentation lab, operated HPLC AND ICP-OES, and prepared samples for GCMS. While working on my Internship, my technical knowledge and skills have greatly aided in determining the quality of food products, as per consumer demands. Throughout my education, I have also worked with skilled people in the field of food technology who have shared their insights and experiences with me..I inherited a good knowledge of Food Safety and quality management, which is salient while working in a quality control laboratory.
