• As a recruitment consultant, my responsibilities include:
• 1. Business Development - Pitching business to new clients; understanding their business needs and most importantly maintaining a healthy relationship.
• 2. Revenue Generation - Building mutually benefiting relationships with clients and candidates and work as part of a passionate team to maximize Crescendo Group's commercial performance while working in a high-pressure environment.
• 3. Stakeholder Management – Managing expectations of clients & candidates; negotiating employment packages for offered candidates; offering advice on structuring compensation packages for prospective candidates.
• 4. Recruitment Consulting - Sourcing and attracting candidates; Screening, interviewing, and short-listing potential candidates and presenting suitable candidates to clients; Assessing applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitude.
• 5. Process Excellence – Initiate best practices in the start-up culture & the specialist recruitment market within Crescendo. Add value to processes, systems, policies, and culture by becoming an enabler and a highly engaged and proactive consultant of the growing business.
