Suchitra Kodlekere — Co-Founder
I started my entrepreneurial journey at 19 with a small Instagram business called Mosambi — it was my first real taste of building something from scratch. 2 years later after selling Mosambi, I launched Rebearth, a sustainable fashion brand that made clothing from recycled plastic bottles. It taught me everything about product development, manufacturing, and how tough it really is to turn an idea into a scalable business. Rebearth didn’t grow the way I hoped, but it gave me lessons that no classroom ever could. Today, I’m building The Anti-Diet Club (ADC) — a clean protein food brand on a mission to make high-protein eating easy, tasty, and accessible for everyone in India. I handle everything from product development and strategy to marketing and community building — it’s been the most exciting and fulfilling journey so far. Alongside ADC, I also create content on Instagram (@suchitrakodlekere) where I talk about business, self-education, and the journey of learning through books instead of an MBA. I’m passionate about showing people that you don’t need to wait for permission to build something meaningful — you just need to start, stay curious, and keep learning along the way.
