Hi, I’m Nalini! Currently, I’m working as a Senior Software Engineer, where I specialize in Node.js and ScyllaDB. I take pride in handling the entire development lifecycle — from requirement analysis and database design, to application development, deployment, and beyond. My end-to-end involvement allows me to build solutions that are not just functional but scalable, efficient and world class. My journey in IT began as an intern — and I haven’t looked back since. Ironically, I wasn’t drawn to the tech world during my college years. It wasn’t until after completing my Master’s degree that I truly discovered how exciting and dynamic the field could be. That first internship sparked a passion in me, and from there, I’ve continued to grow — learning new skills, refining my craft, and proving my capabilities through meaningful work. It’s been a wonderful ride so far. I also enjoy working with GraphQL, TypeScript, and both server-based and serverless frameworks. My technical experience spans a variety of tools and platforms, including AWS services, Stripe, MUX, DatoCMS, Firebase, Redis, and Elasticsearch. I especially love designing event-driven architectures that bring systems to life in real-time. One core belief I carry with me: There’s always room for improvement — and with the right mindset, we can make things better every single day. Outside of tech, I’m an avid manga reader and anime fan. I also find joy in gardening and spending time with my lovely animals — my hens, roosters, ducks, and dogs keep my days grounded and full of life.
