• ◦ Integrated verbose logging and tooling - Splunk Dashboards and Sentry tagging to support incident management and enabled on-call engineers to debug issues with about 50% lesser time than before.
• ◦ Improved payment flows on Billing Admin by fixing niche errors that might happen during payments, leading to over 2% improvements on successful payment intents.
• ◦ Implemented production checks to ensure any Stripe failures are caught in advance to reduce the customer impact radius and be able to fix issues on payments.
• ◦ Setup alerts on capabilities via SignalFx to be able to catch any new incidents, reducing the overall time to respond by about 70%.

• ◦ Front-end Infrastructure: Worked on tech goodness - updating all underlying dependencies, reducing overall build/re-build time by about 60% by using proper webpack bundling and chunks splitting, tech debts for the core product of ClearTax - GST.
• ◦ Funnel Metrics: Designed and Developed an upgraded version of internal event-tracking tool with adding support to add custom dimensions and use data-attr to capture events.
• ◦ Workers: Researched and performed proof of concepts to standardised the usage and implementation of web as well as node workers in the application to perform heavy computation on the frontend.
• ◦ Client Side Storage - IndexedDB: Modelled and standardised on how to use the in browser DB - IndexedDB to store thousands of documents with efficiency so as to skip heavy network calls.
• ◦ React UI Component Library: Designed the new Architecture for the internal React UI Component Library reducing average component’s bundle size by about 81%.
• ◦ LittleGiant: Build a CSS Utililty and UI Framework which is used to build the static pages and as templating utility on products making it easier to create web pages without worrying about a lot of CSS styles.
