• Bandhan is ISB’s annual marquee event aimed at developing leadership skills in underprivileged kids. It is ISB’s commitment towards the education and growth of underprivileged children in the local community.
• As the L&D Coordinator, I performed the following jobs:
• 1. Planning and curating several weekend workshops with children, helping them imbibe skills such as leadership, teamwork, creativity, inclusivity etc.
• 2. Executing and conducting learning sessions as planned to ensure children are engaged, are learning and are enjoying.
