• Implemented the user journey from the Tata Neu App to the 1mg App, enabling incremental traffic of 10k DAU driving additional ~15% revenue without incurring CAC.
• Successfully migrated ~1million users from 1mg to the Tata Neu database by resolving the conflicting identities, thus providing seamless journey on all the tata brands on Neu app.

• Enhanced the Order Fulfillment System by developing APIs that facilitated direct orders from clients, resulting in a 15% increase in order volume from over 10 major clients.

• Scaled up the ETA prediction and vendor allocation logic from 7 to 34 warehouses with an accuracy of 85%. As a result of efficient vendor allocation, product deliveries were faster, order costs were reduced by Rs20 per order and hour-level delivery time prediction in metro cities was achieved.
