  • Team Abhiyaan is a part of Centre For Innovation (CFI), a student lab at IIT Madras set up with an objective to provide a forum for creative output of budding engineers.
  • Team Abhiyaan is a team of highly motivated students at IIT Madras from various disciplines, participating in the Intelligent Ground Vehicle Competition (IGVC). We participated for the first time in IGVC 2017 with our bot Kernel and were the 11th team to qualify among the 14 teams that qualified out of a total of 24.
  • As a team member of Team Abhiyaan, I work in the navigation module which involves mapping the environment, localization of the bot within the environment, planning an optimal path to a given GPS waypoint and giving appropriate command velocities to the bot to make it move along said path.
