• At Multiplier, I worked on scaling a global payroll platform across 100+ countries in highly regulated environments.
• As the product scaled, many challenges surfaced as operational issues—late-stage errors, manual workarounds, and inconsistent workflows. I stepped in to set up the Product Operations function from scratch, focusing on improving execution reliability by treating these problems as product and system design challenges rather than one-off fixes.
• This involved identifying where workflows were breaking, defining the right metrics (error rates, manual overrides, closure time), and working closely with engineering and ops teams to build more predictable, automated systems. Once the Product Ops function was stable, I hired and trained a team to take over day-to-day execution.
• I then transitioned back into core product ownership, owning roadmap prioritization and PRDs for global payroll and HR tech workflows. A major focus of my PM work was improving system reliability at scale—most notably by leading the design of a centralized validation and automation layer that significantly reduced manual effort and improved accuracy across markets.
• Along the way, I also worked on GTM-facing initiatives like self-serve salary and cost calculators, onboarding and configuration flows, and internal tooling (including AI-assisted validation tools) to reduce friction across sales, onboarding, and operations.
• Overall, my experience sits at the intersection of product, automation, and operations. I’m most effective in roles where problems are messy, systems matter, and improving reliability and execution directly impacts customer trust and business outcomes.
