I’m currently a Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition at Pine Labs, where I manage the end-to-end recruitment for Non-Tech roles with a focus on delivering an exceptional candidate experience. Think of me as a matchmaker - finding the right talent for the right roles while ensuring that both candidates and hiring managers are doing the happy dance! My day-to-day includes ATS Management, Offer Management, Diversity Recruiting, Global Sourcing, and most importantly, Stakeholder Management. Before Pine Labs, I had the pleasure of working at Disney+ Hotstar, where I was responsible for recruiting top talent for various non-technical roles. From bringing in creative minds to help grow the magic of Disney to ensuring the recruitment process was smoother than a Mickey Mouse ear, my time there was nothing short of exciting. I still look back fondly on the Bibbidi-Bobbidi-Boo moments, and the lessons learned in the world of entertainment recruitment still shape how I approach talent acquisition today. At Pine Labs, I continue my quest to help build high-performing teams that are changing the face of fintech. I’m passionate about driving innovative recruitment strategies, improving processes, and creating a hiring experience that candidates actually enjoy (yes, it’s possible!).
