• I was part of the team building next generation Unified Communications product family. I contributed to the development of web version of Live Meeting (later called as Lync, Skype for Business and now Teams), which had the ability to work on Microsoft as well as non-Microsoft operating systems and browsers like Solaris, Mac, FireFox. Integration with multiple Microsoft and non-Microsoft technology stacks, large scale system architectures and deployments along with rigorous quality processes enabled me to sharpen my technology skills and understand complex systems.
• I was also responsible for architecting and developing Automation Framework which could be executed on matrix of OS/Browser combinations (Windows, Solaris, Mac, IE, Firefox, MSJVM, Sun JVM). Challenge was to have single code base for all these OSes as well as support write once and run anywhere. The framework had to as well integrate with organizations Test Harness to roll out combined and automated Test run reports. Overcame technical challenges and pressing timelines. Framework was widely adopted and appreciated. It enabled team save high cost, coupled with ability to quickly run test passes and deliver product with high quality.

• I worked as software application developer on Oracle Human Resource Management System (HRMS) team. I was primarily responsible for building various features in Payroll modules for US &UK version of the product.

• As member of technical staff, I was responsible for architecting, developing and testing "Supply Chain Management System" for our client Cummins. System enabled high number of Customer, Suppliers & Warehouses at various locations to place orders and receive goods using the system with real-time tracking. It was one of the first implementations on J2EE framework which exposed me to Distributed Application development at the early stages of my career.
