  • As a core part of Collabera’s recruitment team, I manage the entire recruiting lifecycle, ensuring we match the right talent with the right roles. My responsibilities include:
  • End-to-End Recruitment: Handling the complete recruiting process, from research and sourcing to interviewing, negotiating, and closing candidates.
  • Candidate Screening: Assessing candidates for availability, interest, salary expectations, relocation needs, technical skills, and competencies for critical roles.
  • Engagement & Interviews: Conducting phone and Skype interviews to ensure candidate alignment with job requirements.
