With over 15 years of experience in HR, recruiting, and talent management, I am a top 50 Talent Acquisition Professional and the Global Head of Talent Acquisition at Sol De Janeiro. In my role, I oversee the entire Global talent acquisition lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing to hiring and onboarding, collaborating with HR, C-suite executives, and department leaders to align hiring goals with business strategy.
