• Meetings with Consultants (architecture, interiors, structure, MEP, PHE, urban planning, landscaping) from design conceptualization (drawings and BOQs) to execution and completion.
• Holding meetings with Contractors and Vendors, having negotiations as per the amounts budgeted by the management.
• Involvement in documentation for getting the necessary approvals from local authorities (layout sanction, zoning, NOCs, etc.)
• Overseeing the issuance of GFC drawings, tenders, call for quotations, agreements, work orders, purchase orders, bills of the Consultants, Contractor and Vendors, variation statements and extra items in co-ordination with the site teams.
• Direct handling of works on sites like surveying, marketing offices, etc. (preparation of drawings, selection of contractors/ vendors, execution and completion)
• Involvement in various land matters.
• Monitoring the progress of all ongoing works on all Sites through regular site visits.
• Development works directly handled: Construction of a 12000 SF Clubhouse and landscaping of a 0.5 acre park in Patiala and landscaping of a 2 acre area (including a pond) in Indore.
