• JioSaavn Android TV app: Our team spearheaded the development of the JioSaavn app for Android TV, providing users with seamless music streaming on their television sets.
• Harman Automotive app: We seamlessly integrated JioSaavn into the Harman Automotive app, enhancing the music experience for car owners.
• Ola Integration: JioSaavn app for Ola dashboard, offering passengers a delightful music experience during their rides.
• ● Played a pivotal part in establishing a pod-based organizational structure, encompassing various product aspects such as Engagement, Activation, Revenue, Communication, Reactivation, B2B, and Performance.

Effective team management involves understanding each team member's strengths and weaknesses and leveraging them to achieve common goals. My role includes setting clear expectations, defining roles and responsibilities, and ensuring everyone is aligned with the team's objectives.

• ● Introduced ZLA, also known as the zero-level authentication flow, and integrated JioTunes for Jio network users. This initiative ensured a smooth app launch transition for Jio users, granting them access to a vast library of free JioTunes within the JioSaavn app while minimizing disruptions.

• ● Employed Java and XML to implement UI and UX enhancements for Android, collaborating closely with the design and product teams within an Agile framework. This effort resulted in a notable 10% increase in user engagement and retention. The project encompassed various products, including Freemium feature which enables users to experience the content before enforcing it to pro only, My Library Section in the JioSaavn App serves as a comprehensive solution for enhancing users' music organization, playlist creation, and overall Pro experience.
• ● Executed and effectively launched revenue-generating advertising products that provided users with a smooth and unobtrusive experience. These products primarily consisted of Interstitial Ads or full-screen ads which trigger based on user actions and the amount of time the user spends within the app and Slot-based Video Advertising with the help of IMA and VAST.
• ● Proactively spearheaded the effort to enable JioSaavn's integration with Android Auto. Android Auto is a feature that connects an Android device to a car's compatible in-dash information and entertainment system, providing users with the ability to enjoy their favorite songs from JioSaavn through the Android Auto dashboard.
• ● Crafted and implemented a streamlined process for Events Tracking, condensing it into a cohesive set of parameters encompassing referrals, source views, and top sources. These parameters are now uniformly applied to all media and progress events, offering valuable insights into user interactions within the app. Leveraging this data, our AI system generates personalized content for users on the home page. Additionally, Utm source data aids in enhancing user recommendations by tracing app triggers originating from external sources.
