I'm the Head of Recruiting at Confetti Recruiting where we help early stage tech companies hire stellar sales talent from SDRs to CROs. There's really nothing like getting off a call with a candidate and knowing it's a match. Not just because the client is going to love them, but because I've spent enough time with the founder to know this person is going to thrive there too.
