• Moonlighted to build a venture in the food industry with 2 co-founders. The venture aimed to home deliver affordable and convenient ready-to-cook meal kits with fresh ingredients but shelf life of 5-7 days (via packaging solution). Existing players either used preservatives for providing long shelf lives or they were completely fresh with no shelf life at all.
• I personally handled our kitchen and packaging vendors in Noida. We received 75% positive feedback from customers who sampled our products during live promotional events in Gurgaon (societies/corporate offices). Basis feedback, we tied up with milkbasket.com and iOrderFresh to generate traction and received 200 orders in 1st month with ₹20k+ revenue.
