• Renovation of E-hotel public restrooms (22 nos.).
• Restructured Fire Life & Safety system along with the ITM (Inspection, testing & Maintenance) of FLS systems, achieving high scores in the FLS audit with no major non-compliance.
• Collaborated with Architects & consultants for the preparation of renovation of Al Waha hotel.
• Designed & commissioned a wooden structure along with all MEPs for water sports activities and a bar at the hotel beach.
