  • 2. Forecast Algorithm: Increased theoretical order fulfilment % from ~70% to ~82% while dropping the net inventory days from 45 to 21 days. This made a huge difference to the cash flows of the business.
  • 3. Automated transcription of medicines with an accuracy > 80%.
  • 4. Headed the complete data analysis team which was responsible for business intelligence of all parts of the org.

  • As the first product hire of the company I was directly reporting to the CEO, So it naturally meant a lot of responsibilities, learning and growth. Over the course of a ~3 year period we built the fastest medicine delivery service in the country.
  • For a company that was serving millions of orders a year, we had a relatively small product team of just 2 people, while we had a 40 member engineering team and a 1000 member org. And between the two of us we handled:
  • (i) Supply chain, Call center, Delivery, Warehousing and the Customer app
  • (ii) Being a product driven company meant that I had PNL responsibilities, impact was all that mattered.
