I’ve always been the person who sees patterns, gaps, and possibilities long before anyone else notices them — which is probably why I naturally became a Service & UX Designer. Over the last 13 years, I’ve worked across government, healthcare, utilities, finance, and enterprise platforms — in roles spanning Product Designer, UX Designer, Service Designer and Lead Service Designer. This journey has taught me something powerful: Great design doesn’t start with the interface. It starts with understanding people, systems, and the moments where things quietly break. I specialise in navigating complexity — messy processes, scattered touchpoints, legacy workflows, and unclear ownership. Where others see confusion, I see an opportunity to map, simplify, redesign, and create clarity. My work typically begins with questions: • What’s the real problem? • Where is the friction hiding? • Why does this process feel harder than it should? • How might the service look when it truly works for people? From there, I craft: as-is and to-be journeys, service blueprints, flows, prototypes, research insights, accessibility improvements, and north-star visions that bring entire teams together. I’ve partnered with business leaders, engineers, policymakers, and cross-functional teams across the UK, India, Australia and the US — turning scattered goals into cohesive, human-centred experiences. What excites me most is guiding organisations from: “We don’t know where to start.” to “This makes complete sense — let’s build it.” I bring empathy, structure, systems thinking, and visual clarity into every project. My academic foundation in Interactive Technology, UI/UX Design, and Visual Communication further strengthens my ability to mix strategy with storytelling. I’m currently based in the UK (Global Mobility Visa – TCS) and open to Service Design, Product Design, UX and Experience Strategy roles, including Skilled Worker Visa sponsorship. My design belief: When you connect human insight with system clarity, you create services that don’t just work — they make life easier.
