• As part of Genpact’s Talent Acquisition team, I had the opportunity to work on both operational recruitment activities and a strategic project aimed at improving hiring efficiency and candidate experience.
• My internship involved:
• Supporting end-to-end campus hiring operations, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate engagement.
• Managing and tracking candidate data on Avature ATS, ensuring accuracy and process compliance.
• Actively participating in virtual hiring drives, both as an observer and a candidate, to capture insights into communication gaps and candidate journey challenges.
• Collaborating with team members to streamline interview logistics, reduce delays, and improve stakeholder coordination.
• Alongside my daily responsibilities in talent acquisition, I was entrusted with a strategic project to audit and enhance Genpact’s hiring process. This project was a true roller coaster that challenged me, sharpened my analytical skills, and became the highlight of my internship journey
