I quit my 9 to 5 job to be entrepreneur, only to realize that I now work 24x7 :) However the gratification and satisfaction that you receive when your efforts in a business take shape is just not measurable. What started as just an idea, and building idea that from ground up, and make it grow is the biggest achievement of them all. I began my entrepreneurial journey in 2016 in the restaurant business opening an Asian QSR called Wok Me in New Delhi, India. Customers immediately loved our concept and products and we grew to 5 stores across Delhi NCR. But life as an entrepreneur is not always “Happy Days”. Like the rest of the world, we too were struck with the Covid-19 pandemic and our retail space took a huge hit along with other unsolvable challenges. As an entrepreneur you need to think on your feet, fast. With customers not moving out anymore we decided to pivot our business and to start providing our sauces to our customers at home. This is by far the best decision that we have made which lead to the inception of MasterChow in July 2020. MasterChow gives a chance to our home cooks to elevate their Asian cooking. With a range of products from Stir-Fry sauces, Dipping Sauces and Noodles we are making Asian Cooking Simple. I am extremely proud to say that in one year we have gone from bottling 12 bottles a day from our home kitchen to moving into our new facility with a capacity of bottling 5000 units per day. Sometimes being an entrepreneur is pretty awesome.
