About

Entrepreneur rebuilding Sirona — India’s leading women’s intimate health brand — with a mission to redesign everyday products, infrastructure, and conversations for women. Over the last decade, I’ve worked at the intersection of innovation, behaviour change, and women’s health — creating categories that did not previously exist in India and helping normalise conversations long considered taboo. I am the ReFounder & CEO of Sirona Hygiene, a consumer health brand I originally founded in 2015. Sirona grew into a recognised women’s hygiene platform and was acquired in 2024 in a ₹450 crore all-cash transaction. In 2025, I returned to buy back and refound the business — not to recreate what existed before, but to revisit fundamentals, sharpen choices, and rebuild with a longer-term view. Sirona’s journey has included category creation — beginning with PeeBuddy, India’s first female urination device — followed by multiple India-first innovations across menstrual and intimate hygiene, earning the trust of millions of women across online and offline channels. Today, my role is focused on building a more resilient, innovation-led consumer health company through disciplined execution, sharper prioritisation, and long-term thinking in an increasingly complex market. Alongside operating roles, I invest selectively with both an LP and operator mindset. I am an LP in India-focused funds and an angel investor in 40–50 early-stage companies, typically engaging at moments where judgment, course correction, and capital discipline matter more than speed. My interests sit at the intersection of consumer behaviour, capital allocation, and business reinvention — understanding which companies are worth rebuilding, what sustainable scale in India truly demands, and how capital compounds across longer cycles. This often involves hands-on work across distribution strategy, unit economics, governance, and brand building for India-first and India-to-the-world businesses. From time to time, I share learnings through talks, podcasts, and ecosystem conversations, including TEDx — usually focusing on the less visible parts of entrepreneurship: trade-offs, missteps, and decisions that matter after the headlines fade. This refounder phase has deepened my interest in resilient consumer businesses, founder–investor alignment, and building companies designed not just for rapid growth, but for endurance.

  • We (Mohit & I) invest selectively as angels — where operating judgment, course-correction, and capital discipline can materially influence outcomes. Less about stage or sector, more about founder resilience and durable fundamentals.
  • We’ve partnered with 50+ founders across consumer, health, tech, and services — often at inflection points, not momentum phases.

Sirona hygiene pvt. ltd.

ReFounder & CoFounder

Jul 2015Present · 10 yrs 8 mos · New Delhi

  • Sirona Hygiene
  • (Founded 2015 | Acquired in a ₹450 crore all-cash transaction in 2024 | Reacquired & Refounded in 2025)
  • Sirona is a consumer health and FemTech brand focused on solving overlooked problems in women’s intimate and menstrual hygiene through practical, innovation-led solutions designed for dignity, comfort, and everyday use.
  • The journey began with PeeBuddy, India’s first female urination device, patented in 2014 to address hygiene challenges in public restrooms. Its adoption marked one of India’s earliest examples of utility-led innovation in women’s health and laid the foundation for Sirona’s launch in 2015.
  • Since then, Sirona has reached millions of women across India, building a portfolio of India-first products spanning menstrual care, pain relief, hygiene, disposal, and intimate wellness. The brand has helped normalise conversations around previously taboo subjects while delivering trusted solutions across digital and offline channels.
  • Over time, Sirona expanded into adjacent categories including women’s safety, sexual wellness, and family hygiene, evolving into a broader ecosystem addressing unmet everyday needs for women.
  • In 2024, Sirona was acquired by the Good Glamm Group in one of India’s largest all-cash exits in the women’s hygiene category. In 2025, the company was reacquired and refounded with a renewed focus on strengthening fundamentals, sharpening strategic priorities, and building a resilient, innovation-led consumer health business for long-term impact.
  • Today, Sirona is focused on disciplined execution, category leadership, and scaling a globally relevant women’s health brand emerging from India.
